National Association of Laryngectomee Clubs (NALC) brings together patients from the UK who have experienced a laryngectomy, providing services, support, advice, friendship and advocacy. Tony Hudson's from NALC has been engaging with South Central Ambulance Service and this relationship continues to bear fruit. The image below is a page from their recent staff newsletter. NALC's partnership with them will be of assistance in spreading this initiative to other ambulance trusts and other parts of the emergency services.
